Cancelation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the full tour fee.
Canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full tour fee.
No Show bookings: 100% of the full tour fee.

Breakage Policy

PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable breakage deposit of R 500 will be levied. By paying this schools will indemnify themselves for any damages up to R 5000. Schools that decide not to pay this amount will be held responsible for the total amount of any and all damages.
